Communicate with Island Health Services in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
The app is designed specifically for IHS Optimal Lifestyle patients and you cant use the app unless youre a IHS Optimal Lifestyle patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. IHS Optimal Lifestyle uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
